The promotion of sustainable and green product manufacturing has indeed garnered significant attention in recent years. People have started using products like reusable flatware made from wood, jute pouches, cotton, and food-grade reusable beeswax wrap, reusable wipes made from cellulose, a facial pad made of bamboo cotton, charcoal deodorizer, seed notebook made from recycled papers. Now in most organizations, people use products made of seeds, flowers, and vegetables, seed pens made from 100 percent recycled cardboard which also contains seeds of vegetables for after-use planting.
This is an excellent effort towards a healthy and eco-friendly environment. By using eco-friendly products consumers can reduce the risk of health issues associated with conventional products containing harmful ingredients. Top players like Proctor & Gamble, Microsoft, and Nike, have pledged to reach zero net carbon emissions by 2070. Brands like IKEA play the strategy called “People and planet positive “which supports eco-friendly practices and solar energy. In the 2022 Environmental Progress Report, Apple provided additional information on its progress that about 20 percent of the material used in Apple products was recycled. Unilever Launched “Unilever Climate Progress” and many other brands that are switching towards the eco-friendly and sustainable environment.
