Dr. Suraj Francis Noronha is presently working as Assistant Professor – Senior Scale at the Manipal Institute of Management, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal. He has around 13 years of teaching and one year of industry experience.
Dr. Yogesh Pai P is the Coordinator for Operations Management specialization of the MBA Program. He is also the Managing Editor for Manipal Journal of Management & Research.
Mr. Abhishek S. Rao, Assistant Professor–Senior Scale, has introduced two new courses: BBA Logistics & Supply Chain and M.Com Logistics & Supply Chain. He is the Coordinator for Centre for Supply Chain Education and Research, Program Coordinator for Confederation of Indian Industry programs and Block Warden for the Department of Commerce.
Dr. Varun Kumar S G is an Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) at Manipal Institute of Management and currently handles Business statistics courses across three MBA programs. He is the coordinator for the Center for Regional Development, and VSO-MIM, Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
Mr. Sachin is an Assistant Professor, Senior Scale at the Department of Commerce. His roles and responsibilities include taking regular classes and coordinating and organizing other co-curricular activities of the department.

Yes. All learners who pay the full program fee upfront can avail 5% fee concession on total program fee upon approval. In addition to the fee concession, if a learner is eligible for a scholarship, he/she can avail the same. The scholarship amount will be calculated on the total program fee.
Once a candidate’s scholarship is approved during admission, the scholarship benefit shall be applied as per the below table-

Thereafter, from Semester – 3, the current semester scholarship benefit shall be applicable.
*EMI amount mentioned above is applicable for the entire program fee and would need to be paid monthly, for the full duration of the program.

In an online program, teaching and learning happens on Manipal Academy of Higher Education’s learning platform. For each course, learners have access to instructionally designed courseware hosted on the Manipal Academy of Higher Education’s learning platform. The courseware is typically a mix of concept videos, reading material, eBooks and quizzes. Learners are expected to watch concept videos, read the learning material, attempt graded quizzes and finally submit assignments.
The medium of instruction is English.
In addition to the rich learning resources, learns will also attend live lectures/webinars by Manipal Academy of Higher Education’s faculty members and industry experts, where students can interact directly with the subject matter experts.
The university provides a dedicated course coordinator for each course. Course coordinators can be contacted via Learning portal using discussion forums.
After your admission is confirmed by the university, you will get credential to access MAHE learning portal. Students can then start accessing the learning resources and begin their learning journey.
You are expected to spend at least 15-20 hours per week watching concept videos, reading learning materials, attempting quizzes, participating in discussion topics and attending live webinars (recorded sessions are also made available on Manipal Academy of Higher Education learning portal).
The assessment system has been conceived, developed and administered on a rigorous and fair basis to bring out the best in students and prepare them for a successful career.
A student’s performance evaluation will be based on both Internal Assessment (IA) and End Term Examination (ETE). The assessment ratio of IA to ETE is 30:70.
Internal assessment is based on learner’s participation in discussion board, performance in assignments, performance in unit wise graded quizzes and percentage of content access.
At the end of each semester, the student is required to appear for the End Term Proctored Online Examination.
A student must score at least 40% in Internal Assessment (IA) to become eligible for End Term Examination (ETE).
A student must score at least 40% term-end examination to be declared as having passed in a subject.
The university uses 10 Point Grading System – A+ (10), A (9), B (8), C (7), D (6), E (5), F-Fail (0)
If you fail to clear any paper/subject in End Term Exam (ETE), you must apply for repeater exams whenever the University conducts by paying a requisite fees/paper.
