Empowering online learners in their educational journey 

“As a mentor and guide to online learners, my role is focused on empowering them through their educational journey and success. As a guide, I help them in course selection, clarification of concepts, guiding them in their assignments, setting them on their career goals and motivate them to stay on track,” says Dr Arpita Agarwal, Assistant Professor, BCom & MCom. 

Evaluating learners’ progress time to time 

“As course coordinators, we are using multiple techniques like fostering enthusiasm and encouragement amongst online learners. We are providing multimedia content like live classes, recorded lectures, PPTs & PDFs, and actively evaluating their progress from time to time,” says Dr Amit Verma, Course Coordinator, Department of Journalism & Mass Communication. 

Making way for interactive classrooms 

“I endorse discussions in my class. I keep my class as interactive as possible, and I do that by using a variety of polls and quizzes. Whenever I make PPTs, I keep in mind that I’m addressing the Gen Z population,” says Dr Srubhi Basotia, Assistant Professor.
