Dr. Kasinathan. S is an Professor and Deputy Director at Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. He has over 13 years of experience in teaching management subjects and over seven years of experience in open and distance learning. He has graduated in commerce and has an MBA, M.Phil in Management, and doctorate in Human Resource Management. He is also a UGC-NET (Management) qualified professional. Dr. Kasinathan has attended 7 international and 11 national conferences and presented 18 papers. He has received several accolades, including Best Teacher Award from Rotary Club of Madras Mount, MaGEX Award of Excellence in Academic, Excellence in Teaching Award from Sikkim Manipal University, and Academic Excellence Award from Manipal University Jaipur.
Dr. Vandna Misra is is serving as Professor and Program Coordinator - Commerce at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She has been in the field of academics since 2001 as a faculty member by serving diverse academic institutions of the public and private sectors. Her area of specialization is Finance and Accounting, and she has been awarded a Doctoral degree for her dissertation on Stock Market. She has several research articles to her credit which are published in journals of national and international repute. She has also published a book on ‘Book Keeping and Basic Accounting’. She has been awarded scholarships and medals for her academic excellence. She is a member of professional bodies like IIM Ahmedabad Alumni, Lucknow Management Association, and Commerce & Management Research Association.
Dr. Mahesh Chandra Joshi is currently working as an Professor and Program Coordinator - BBA at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. He has over six years of experience in Marketing, Market Research, and Consultancy fields and 18 years of academic experience. He has done B.Sc., master's Diploma, MIB, and Ph.D. His Research Areas are International Business, Entrepreneurship, Case Writing, and Management Education. He has attended over 40 international, national, and state-level conferences, seminars, and workshops and presented papers. He has 45 publications to his name, including research papers, case studies & chapters in books and journals of repute, many listed in Scopus and ECCH, UK.
Dr. Abhishika Sharma is Deputy Registrar, Associate Professor and Program Coordinator- MAJMC at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She holds a Master of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication, a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Commerce, and a Doctor of Philosophy in JMC in "Facebook Advertising". Dr.Sharma has a combined academic and professional experience of 17 years. She has previously worked as an Additional Head and Assistant Professor at various universities in Jaipur. She has published eighteen papers in scholarly publications that are cited on a national and international scale. She has presented several research papers at conferences on both the national and international levels.
Dr. Seena Johnson is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) and course coordinator - Journalism & Mass Communication at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She has over seven years of teaching experience and holds a Ph.D. in Electronic Media & Mass Communication from Pondicherry University with a specialization in Film Studies. She has also cleared the UGC-NET (JRF) and SET in Journalism. Dr. Seena has presented various research papers at National and International Conferences and has many research publications to her credit. Besides, she has also served as an external examiner and question paper setter for both state and private universities.
Dr. Durgesh Batra is currently working as an Professor - Management programs at Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. He holds Ph.D in Management and cleared UGC-NET. He completed MBA in Human Resource Management, MBA in Marketing, and M.Sc. in statistics. He has 18+ years of experience in various engineering and management institutes and universities in India and abroad, teaching courses in programs at Ph.D,, PG, and UG level. Hie teaches statistics, operation research, operation management, research methodology, digital marketing and other general marketing and management courses. He has mentored 3 Ph.D. scholars, published three patents, and published many papers.
Dr. Amit Verma is Assistant Registrar and Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. He previously worked as an Assistant professor and Head of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at reputed universities. He earned his Ph.D. in Community Radio Stations of Rajasthan. He published several research papers and has participated as an invited speaker in many workshops, conferences, and FDPs sponsored by the UGC, ICSSR, PMMIT, and MHRD.
Dr. Asha Mamraj Sharma is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) and Course Coordinator in the Commerce department at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She carries 14+ years of experience in teaching Postgraduate and Undergraduate students in subjects from the domain of Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship. She has done Ph.D. in Commerce, MBA in Finance, MCom in Economic Administration and Financial Management. She is also UGC-NET (management) qualified. Dr. Mredu Goyal is an Assistant Professor and Course Coordinator -Commerce at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She has 8+ years of teaching experience and five years of research experience. She teaches courses like Entrepreneurship Development, Design Thinking, Financial Accounting, and Business and Corporate Laws. She has published more than 25 research papers indexed in Scopus, Web of Sciences, and UGC-Care-listed journals. A research scholar has been successfully awarded Ph.D. under her guidance.
Dr. Yogita Satish Garwal is an Assistant Professor and Course Coordinator in the Department of Commerce at Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She has 5+ years of experience in teaching, research, and administration. She has done P.hD., MBA, MCom, and BCom, and LLB. She teaches Business Laws, Principle of Business Management, Management Concept and Organisational Behaviour. She has published multiple research papers and articles in reputed journals. Dr. Iti Gaur is an Associate Professor and Course Coordinator - Commerce at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She is an academician, an author, a resource person, and a public speaker with 11 years of teaching and 2 years of industrial experience (International marketing manager). She has been a core member of the NAAC steering committee and has successfully handled various academic and administrative responsibilities. She has authored 3 books and presented more than 12 papers at various conferences. She also holds certifications in TESOL, International Business & Trade, Entrepreneurship, and many more.
CA Manoj Kumar Yadav is an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) in the Department of Commerce at Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. He has done master’s in business administration and is currently pursuing Ph.D. He has more than 13 years of academic experience and 10 years of experience in auditing, accounting, and tax consulting services. He has empanelled with professional bodies as a Guest faculty of “The Institute of Cost Accountants of India” and a member of the Career Counselling committee of “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.” His core academic competencies include Taxation, Financial Management, and Accounting. He has published multiple research papers and articles in various international journals.
Mr. Rajkumar Gupta is an Assistant Professor in Commerce at Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. He has seven years of experience. His area of expertise is Accountancy. He is also a member of the Indian Accounting Association. Dr. Srinivasan Iyer is Deputy Registrar and Associate Professor in Commerce at Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. He has 16 years of experience. His area of expertise is Marketing & Management. He has published 18 research papers in international journals and has 3 research papers in Scopus Indexed Journal and one in WoS. Four students were awarded Ph.D. under his guidance in the field of Marketing and Management. He owns 3 patents in E-commerce, Blockchain, and AI in marketing. Dr. Surabhi Basotia is an Assistant Professor of English and Communication at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She has done MA and completed her Ph.D. in Postmodern Feminism. She has research papers published under SCOPUS and Web of Science and keeps enriching her knowledge through attending FDPs, workshops, and seminars. She has a keen interest in academics and keeps exploring new and better ways to deliver content to the learners making it interesting and easy for them.
Dr. Neha Mathur is an Assistant Professor and Course Coordinator -Commerce at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She has 15+ years of teaching experience and worked in several reputed Universities in India. She has taught courses like Financial Management, Management accounting, Research Methodology, Statistics for Management decisions and Business statistics. She has published more than 15 research papers in reputed journals. She supervised many master’s and undergraduate students in the various phases of their dissertations. Dr. D Pushpa Gowri is an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) and Course Coordinator - commerce programs at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She has done Ph.D. and has over 12 years of teaching experience. She has published research papers in UGC Journals and has presented papers at various conferences. She has handled both Commerce and Management subjects both for UG & PG courses and guided 150+ MBA projects. She has been conferred with 'Best Women Employee' from ISBR Bengaluru. She is a member of the Management Research Scholars Association CBSMS Bengaluru.
Dr. Shikha Maheshwari is an Associate Professor and Program Coordinator - Computer Application at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She is a founding member of the UEduCon Foundation and has immense experience in academics and research with a vision to improve the quality and global relevance of education. She has guided many faculty members of various Higher Education Institutes in NAAC, NBA accreditations, and Outcome-Based Education. She has earned many accolades at the national and international levels for imparting quality engineering education to the millennials. Along with supervising many M.Tech dissertations, she published multiple research papers, which are indexed in reputed journals. Dr. Priyanka has authored a book, "Introduction to Computer Graphics" for BTech, MCA, and BCA students. Dr. Vimal Kumar Joshi is working as an Assistant Professor and course coordinator - BCA at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. He has four years of teaching experience in subjects like Engineering Mathematics, Numerical Techniques, Linear Algebra, Calculus Analysis, and Complex Analysis. He has published 12 research articles in International Journals indexed in SCI/ SCOPUS. Dr. Vimal is also a member of the editorial board of International Journals like “Insight- Energy Science” (Singapore) and “Applied and Computational Mathematics,” Science Publishing Group (USA).
Dr. Bharti is Assistant Registrar and Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) at the Centre for Distance and Online Education (Business Management), Manipal University Jaipur. She has experience working in academia and industries for more than 13 years. Her academic interest is in teaching marketing, consumer behavior, management process and organizational behaviour, and advertising & sales. She is involved in writing books, editing book chapters, and conducting online training programs. Dr. Bharti has articles published and presented at reputed national and international journals and conferences and authored a book on Learning Pedagogy in Higher Education.
Dr. Mehak Gulati is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Manipal University Jaipur. She completed her Ph.D. in Investment behaviour. She specializes in Economics, Financial Management, Mergers, Financial Accounting, Investment behaviour, and Banking. Dr. Mehak Gulati has over six years of teaching experience. She is a University topper and a gold medallist in her graduation, post-graduation, and Ph.D., She has presented multiple research papers at National and International Conferences, and to her credit are many research publications indexed in highly reputed journals.
Dr. Avnish Vijay is Associate Professor, Program Coordinator of MBA, and Assistant Director at Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. He has been working in the education sector since 2000. Previously, he has worked in different capacities at national and international higher educational institutions. Dr. Vijay has Ph.D. in Management, UGC-NET, PGDM in Finance & IT, ME, and BE in Mechanical Engineering. She has done Bachelor of Engineering (B.E), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Ph. D. Her area of research includes Marketing management, electronic commerce, Digital Marketing, Management Information Systems, and Artificial Intelligence. Dr. Maani Dutt is currently working as an Assistant Professor, Senior Scale at Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She has completed her B. Tech. (IT) and MBA (HR and Marketing) degrees. She is also a ph.D. holder, having over eight years of experience. She teaches subjects in the domain of marketing. She has attended workshops at IIM, Ahmedabad, and IIM, Indore. presented papaers at IIT, Delhi, and IIM, Raipur; and has publications in National, International, and SCOPUS indexed journals.
Dr. Neelu Jain is Assistant Registrar and Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) at the Centre for Distance and Online Education at Manipal University Jaipur. She has done Ph.D., B.A., M.A., MBA, and M.Phil. She has 12+ years of experience in academics. She has participated in several seminars, conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs. She has publications in indexed journals and delivered guest lectures. She is also a member of the ISPELL Jaipur Forum and a member of the ELTAI Jaipur, Rajasthan Chapter.
Dr. Shilpi Chakravarty is currently working as an Associate Professor at Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Manipal University Jaipur. She is an academician, an author, a resource person, and a public speaker with 14+ years of experience. She has been a core member of the NAAC steering committee and likewise has successfully handled various academic and administrative responsibilities. Dr. Shilpi Chakravarty has authored 3 books and has presented more than 12 papers at some top conferences. She is a lifetime member of the All India Commerce Association. Dr. Shweta Gakhreja is an Assistant Professor and Course Coordinator - Management programs at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She specializes in Strategic Human Resource Management, OD and change management, Organizational Culture, Leadership, and Emotional Intelligence. She has 12+ years of teaching, research, and corporate experience. Dr. Shweta is UGC NET Qualified and holds Ph.D. from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University. She is a university topper and a gold medalist in her postgraduation. She has presented multiple research papers at National and International Conferences, and to her credit are many research publications indexed in highly reputed journals.
Dr. Surbhi Mathur is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She currently handles Marketing Management, Retail Marketing, Retail Customer Relationship Management, and Retail Management. She completed her Ph.D. in consumer behaviour. Dr. Surbhi Mathur previously worked as a Subject Matter Expert in Finance and Accounting Processes at Infosys and later moved to academics where she held varied academic & administrative responsibilities. She has presented more than twenty research papers at international conferences and seminars. For her outstanding contribution towards academic excellence, she received the Young Teacher Award from Manipal University Jaipur in 2022.
Dr. Rajesh Handa is currently working as an Assistant Professor - Senior Scale in the Department of Management, Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. He has more than 15 years of experience in the academic field. He teaches courses like Data Science, Business Intelligence and Tools, and Data Analytics. Dr. Rajesh completed his doctorate in Management at Gujarat Technological University. He has participated in 35 induction/ orientation programs, refresher courses, workshops, FDPs, MDPs, CEPs, and STTPs from renowned institutes and universities in India. He has cleared UGC-NET Exam two times in Management. He has published and presented research papers in International and National Journals and Conferences.
Ms. Anadi Trikha is currently working as an Assistant Professor and Course Coordinator at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. Her area of specialization is Marketing. She has over 7 years of experience in academics and teaches subjects like Consumer Behaviour, Digital Marketing, Sales, and Brand Management. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in marketing from Rajasthan Technical University. She has published numerous articles and research papers on consumer behaviour in reputable journals and conferences. CS Arpita Agarwal is working as an Assistant Professor and Course Coordinator – Management programs at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She has her master’s and bachelor's degrees in business administration, B.ED in Management, and is currently pursuing P.hD. in Management. CS Arpita Agarwal has more than 5 years of academic and industry experience. She teaches Company Laws, Business Laws, Organization and Management, Legal Aspects of Business, and Regulatory Framework of Business. She has published multiple research papers and articles in reputed journals and has attended multiple international conferences, workshops, and seminars.
Ms. Aditi Kaushik is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She holds a PG Diploma in Rural Management, a Master of Commerce in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Management. Dr. Antima Sharma is currently working as an Assistant Professor, Senior Scale at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She completed her Ph.D., bachelor's in commerce, and master’s in Finance and Human Resource Management. She has more than ten years of experience in industry and academia and has worked with multinational companies, renowned institutes, and universities. Dr. Antima teaches subjects like Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Basic Trade & Commerce, and Basic Accounting. She is conducting research and publishing high-caliber papers in reputable publications. Besides teaching and reserach, she has also coordinated international conferences, workshops, and seminars.
Dr. Shakti Kundu is an Associate Professor and Programme Coordinator - BCA at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ). Dr. Eishita Das is working as an Assistant Professor and Course Coordinator in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She has completed her Master's and Ph.D. in Mass Communication and Journalism from Tezpur University, Assam. Her interest areas in academia include environmental communication, communication research, broadcast journalism, media law & ethics. Her doctoral thesis explored the ways in which communication can promote environmental consciousness among the youth of Assam. Her research work is published in reputed peer-reviewed journals.
