Krishna Prasad is an Associate Professor and holds the position of Associate Dean (Administration) at TAPMI. His instructional portfolio encompasses Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and Financial Management. Prof. Prasad is a Ph.D. holder in Finance from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal, and also holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance. Prior to joining TAPMI, he served as an Associate Professor at Justice K S Hegde Institute of Management, Nitte University, and gained additional expertise during his one-year tenure at Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd. (OFSS).
Professor Prashant Yatgiri is an Associate Professor, Co-Chair Corporate Engagement, and Co-Chair of the MBA Program at TAPMI. His instructional portfolio encompasses Marketing Management-I, Marketing Management-II, Consumer Behavior, Business to Business Marketing, and Services Marketing. With an academic tenure spanning over 20 years, Prof. Yatgiri brings a wealth of experience in teaching a diverse array of Marketing-related courses at the post-graduate level. In addition to his teaching role, he has held various significant administrative positions. Prof. Yatgiri, a Mechanical Engineering graduate with an MBA specializing in Marketing, has over 5 years of industry experience in the marketing domain of Kirloskar Group of Companies before transitioning to a long-term career in academics. He holds a Ph.D. in the area of 'E-Business Transformational Strategies.'
Kartikeya Bolar Pramoda is an Associate Professor at TAPMI, specializing in an extensive array of subjects, including Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence and Data Mining, Business Analytics, Managerial Statistics, Business Statistics, Quantitative Methods for Research, and Econometrics. With a wealth of experience exceeding 18 years in teaching and research, Prof. Kartikeya Bolar Pramoda has imparted his expertise across various B-Schools in the country. Additionally, he has conducted Management Development programs and workshops as part of his professional contributions.
Ganesh C B is an Assistant Professor in the Operations and Decision Science department at TAPMI, where he specializes in teaching the subject of Business Statistics. His research portfolio spans diverse topics including technology adoption in supply chains, strategic interactions among supply chain agents, and intersections between operations and marketing. Prof. Ganesh earned his Ph.D. in Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and currently holds a visiting researcher position at the University of Luxembourg. His academic journey also includes post-graduation from the Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras in 2013. Prior to his foray into academia, he gained valuable experience in business development roles at Amazon and Cognizant.
Vijay Victor is an Assistant Professor and serves as the Co-Chair for Accounting, Economics, and Finance at TAPMI. His instructional focus lies in teaching Macro Economics, and his extensive areas of interest encompass behavioral economics, macroeconomic policies, and econometrics. Prof. Vijay earned his Ph.D. in Management and Business Administration Sciences from Szent István University, Gödöllő, Hungary, through the Stipendium Hungaricum framework—a fully-funded fellowship granted by the Hungarian Government. Additionally, Prof. Victor collaborates with the College of Business and Economics, University of Johannesburg, where he holds the role of a research associate. Before joining TAPMI, he served as an Assistant Professor at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore.
Aniruddha Chatterjee is an Assistant Professor and serves as the Chairperson of PG Admissions. His instructional focus lies in strategy and general management. With a robust professional background spanning over 15 years, his experience includes roles in industry at Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Simplex Infrastructure Ltd., as well as teaching and academic research stints at XLRI, Jamshedpur, and Macquarie University, Sydney. Dr. Chatterjee's Ph.D. thesis revolves around the theme of 'Collective Mindfulness and its Implications for Strategy.' His research findings, presented in various papers, have been featured at numerous national and international conferences, including AOM, SMS, EURAM, EGOS, ICBM, ANZIBA, held at universities in Hyderabad, Chicago, Brisbane, Sydney, and Lisbon. In addition to his academic contributions, Prof. Chatterjee has facilitated workshops and provided professional training for esteemed academic and corporate clients.
Mrityunjay Mahopatra is a visiting faculty at TAPMI, focusing on instructing IT in Banking. Renowned as a writer in leading newspapers and a distinguished public speaker, he is recognized as a thought leader in the Indian BFSI sector. With numerous awards and accolades to his credit, Prof. Mahopatra has played pivotal roles in various RBI and government committees and has held positions on corporate boards. Commencing his career in 1982 as a Probationary Officer at SBI, he undertook diverse assignments in India, the UK, and the USA. Progressing through the ranks, he eventually assumed the role of Deputy Managing Director at SBI, where he led global strategy, marketing, new business development, digital, analytics, and IT initiatives. Subsequently, he served as the CEO of Syndicate Bank, overseeing the transformation and repositioning of one of India's oldest and largest banks.
KP Nandan Prabhu is an Associate Professor at TAPMI and serves as the Coordinator for various programs and events. His instructional focus lies in the areas of accounting, finance, and organizational behavior. With a wealth of experience exceeding 28 years in management education, Prof. Prabhu has taught over 15 subjects during his extensive tenure spanning 27 years.
Vidya Pratap is an Associate Professor and Chairperson for LADC & YLP at TAPMI, where she specializes in teaching Organizational Behavior. Her instructional areas encompass Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, and Communication. Prof. Pratap is credited with implementing the Clean Manipal project and a waste management system at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. Additionally, she has conducted workshops for students from various colleges within Manipal University. Prof. Vidya Pratap holds a Ph.D., an MA, and an MSc in her academic credentials.
Srinivasa Reddy is an Assistant Professor at TAPMI, specializing in teaching Customer Relationship Marketing and Sales Management. With a notable career spanning 14 years, he has garnered significant experience in Sales & Marketing, particularly in the Retail Asset divisions of ICICI Bank and Axis Bank. Prof. Reddy's expertise extends to sales management, team building, and execution, reflecting a profound commitment to his profession. Passionate about teaching and mentoring, he has successfully cleared the UGC NET in Management.
Sham Ranjan Shetty is an Assistant Professor at TAPMI, specializing in instructing the Operations Management course within the MBA-BKFS program. His research focus encompasses operations strategy, supply chain management, general and health insurance, as well as operations and decision science. With a robust background, Prof. Shetty brings over a decade of industry expertise, with six years dedicated to Corporate Solutions in General Insurance. A graduate in Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Sham Ranjan Shetty earned his PGDM from TAPMI and is presently engaged in pursuing a Ph.D.
Remya Tressa Jacob is an Assistant Professor at TAPMI, where she teaches Indian Financial System & Financial Markets. Her diverse research interests encompass development finance, financial literacy, and banking and financial services. Prior to her tenure at TAPMI, Prof. Jacob served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the India Competence Centre (ICC-FIM), University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Prof. Jacob holds a Ph.D. in Management with a focus on Economics from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK), India. Notably, she was honored with a Commonwealth Split-Site Scholarship, enabling her to complete the final year of her Ph.D. at the Department of Economics, University of Essex, UK. Her academic journey also includes the successful completion of an Integrated MSc in Economics from Pondicherry University.
Elizabeth Neduparambil is an Assistant Professor and Co-Chair of MBA-BKFS at TAPMI, where her instructional focus includes Accounting, Economics, and Finance. Prof. Neduparambil earned her Ph.D. in Economics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, with a thesis titled 'Credit Risk, Investor Attention, and Investment Decisions: An Empirical Investigation into the Indian Equity Market.' Prior to this, she achieved both her master's and bachelor's degrees in economics from St. Berchmans College (Mahatma Gandhi University) and Sacred Heart College (Mahatma Gandhi University), respectively. With over a year of experience in academia, Elizabeth brings a wealth of knowledge to her role at TAPMI.
Anviksha Drall is an Assistant Professor at TAPMI, where she imparts knowledge in Financial Econometrics. Her research interests encompass a diverse range, including rural management, agri-business, micro-econometrics, and development economics. Dr. Drall earned her Ph.D. in Economics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, with a thesis titled 'Determinants of rural non-farm sector employment and its impact on farm production: A study in Semi-arid tropics and Eastern regions of India.' Preceding her doctoral studies, she completed her MA in Economics and B.A. (Hons.) in Economics from Jamia Millia University and Hansraj College, University of Delhi, respectively. With a work experience of approximately one year in the industry, Prof. Drall brings a comprehensive perspective to her academic role.
Shwetha M Krishnappa is an Assistant Professor at TAPMI, specializing in teaching Performance Management and Learning and Development. With a combined work experience of 8 years in both industry and academia, Prof. Krishnappa previously served as an assistant professor at Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai, before joining TAPMI. She holds a Ph.D. from Asia University, Taiwan, and has demonstrated her scholarly contributions by publishing in reputable peer-reviewed journals and presenting at various conferences.
Cledwyn Fernandez is a visiting faculty at TAPMI, where he imparts instruction in Economic Policy Analysis, showcasing his proficiency in accounting, economics, and finance. Prof. Fernandez earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and distinguished himself as a Gold Medallist in M.A. Economics. Currently engaged in doctoral studies, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Economics at XLRI, Xavier School of Management.
Prateeksha Maurya is an Assistant Professor in the Finance and Accounting area at TAPMI, focusing on instructing Management Accounting. Prof. Maurya's research interests span across Financial Inclusion, women empowerment, entrepreneurial finance, and public policy. She holds a substantial publication record, with numerous peer-reviewed research papers and book chapters in her field. Acknowledging her scholarly contributions, she has received research grants from both ICSSR and the World Bank. Prof. Maurya earned her Ph.D. in Finance from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, where she also served as a Teaching Associate. Furthermore, she holds an MBA from IIT Dhanbad and completed her undergraduate studies at Banaras Hindu University.
Savitha Heggede is a Faculty Associate at TAPMI, specializing in teaching Corporate Finance. Her research focus centers on corporate governance. With a career spanning over five years in the industry, Prof. Heggede is currently dedicated to pursuing her Ph.D. Her academic journey includes the completion of a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics & Communication, followed by an MBA.
